Nope! We don't do restrictive meal plans (most reputable coaches don't) because they're simply not sustainable. What happens when you go out to eat? Or when life throws you a curveball?
We teach you the basics of flexible eating in a calorie deficit so that you lose weight without feeling restricted, and are educated and empowered to make the best decisions in whatever situation you're in.
We'll also provide a few example days of eating and provide guidance and support to help you build healthy, balanced meals in the correct portions for your goals.
